The restaurant has been hailed as a ‘not to be missed culinary experience that awaits one in the romantic garden-set dining room of this sophisticated hideaway.’ Award-winning French/Caribbean cuisine is presented nightly in the resort’s elegant private dining room by French chef Dominique Thevenet of Lyon. A gourmet catering kitchen provides excellent menus for all meals which can be delivered and served to guests in the privacy of their Villa or Beach House.
