Apartments

Four of the apartments have one bedroom, a kitchen, living room, and two baths. The living room sofa converts to double bed. Both the living room and the bedroom open directly onto the patio. These apartments are set back in the grounds, but still enjoy a wonderful view. They are spacious with 1200 sq. feet each.
Two other apartments, very privately located, are 800 sq. feet and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea with St. Martin in the background. 

The Beach House (top picture)

The Beach House has two air conditioned bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and patio. This house is right on the beach enjoying a superb view of the shore, harbour and neighboring St. Martin/Sint Maarten. Privately located in one corner of the property.
