Hotel guests and island visitors delight in the tantalising cuisine of the French menu infused with Caribbean flavour while gazing out over a star-filled sky in the open air Main House Restaurant or enjoying a tasty lunch in a casual poolside setting at the beachside cafe - Le Bistro overlooking the Caribbean sea. Hotel guests can also choose an intimate feast for two from the privacy of their room dining on haute gourmet cuisine from their covered outdoor terrace.

The Main House restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the evening, smart-casual attire is suitable and gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers. Reservations are recommended.

Dinner: served from 7:30pm - 10:30pm.

Le Bistro restaurant is located poolside next to Meads Bay beach adjacent to the children's adventure pirate ship playground. This daytime restaurant serves lunch, snacks and afternoon tea and is open to all hotel guests and island visitors. A wonderful variety of menu items will help curb the appetite after bobbing in the surf at Meads Bay, in between dips in the fresh-water pool or after a morning spent sliding down the pirate ship waterslide.

The hotel is equipped with a Boston Whaler, Emma, used for water sport activities, a smaller 26 foot speedboat, Karen II, used for water sport activities and short distance cruises to neighbouring cays and a larger 40 foot day cruiser Dakota used for day cruises and private charter trips.
Malliouhana is adjoined by three white-sand beaches.
The resort grounds offer outdoor facilities including swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, a children's playground, tennis courts, one-on-one basketball court, pool and beach lounge chairs with towel service and beach/poolside beverage service as well as a large variety of complimentary water sport activities and equipment.
