Message from the manager: Construction of New Building: 8 units on the site where the restaurant 'Sand Pipers' formerly was. "The construction of the new building has begun, the lease I have on the property dictates that I have to complete construction of new villas by the end of 2012. I will endeavour to have as little impact on the guests as possible during the construction, we have put up plywood walls up all around the building site to cut down on noise and dust and have conditions for the workmen on how early they can start and on keeping noise to a minimum etc. I anticipate that the building itself will be completed in 12 months and expect it to take a further 6 months for the finishing touches such as windows, doors, tiling, painting and so forth."
