Restaurant and dining From simple to sumptuous, Jolly Beach Resort offers a variety of tastes to satisfy your appetite. Also quench your thirst at any of the seven bars including a cool swim up bar in the majestic 8,000 sq ft Fantasy Pool.Coconut Grill Located just steps from the beach and next to the Fantasy Pool, the Coconut Grill serves up barbeque light grill food such as hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken and fish sandwiches and fries all afternoon. Open daily from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. Hemispheres 
Hemispheres is the casual, semi-outdoor main dining room. Enjoy a colourful Caribbean decor, island music during meals and a breezy relaxed atmosphere surrounded by palm trees. The daily changing menu may offer Roast Veal Clod served with Rosemary Sauce and carved at the buffet, Baked Red Snapper with Tamarind Honey Glaze, or Stuffed Chicken Breast with Pineapple and Coconut served with Lime Cream Sauce. The weekly Caribbean Buffet will give you the opportunity to sample such traditional local fare as Stewed Smoked Herring with Fried Dumpling, Spinach and Eggplant. Hemispheres is centrally located in the resort, convenient in its close proximity to Reception, the beach, and to evening entertainment. Open daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.Lydia's Caribbean Seafood  Serving Caribbean cuisine and fresh grilled seafood right on the beach. Lydia's fresh catch may be Snapper, Marlin, Barracuda and more. Other delights may include Caribbean Seafood Cocktail, Coconut Breaded Fillet of Fish, Antiguan Stewed Fish, and Grilled Garlic Shrimp prepared fresh in the open kitchen. Get wet snorkeling, kayaking, or let the friendly and experienced watersports staff instruct you in the art of wind surfing or sailing. Pump up in the Gym with an assortment of exercise equipment and tone up in invigorating exercise classes. Take a swing on the Tennis Courts. Learn to play or choose a challenging match on one of four courts for both day or night play. Join the energetic entertainment staff in a variety of daytime activities and meet new friends in lively games of water polo, volleyball, pool aerobics, and much more. Take a break from the sun but not from the action and enjoy playing pool, darts, table tennis and pinball in the cool, breezy atmosphere of the games room.The Kidz Club can entertain your little ones with a variety of fun and exciting activities and games. Around Antigua you'll also find lots to see and do. Take an island tour by land or sea. Explore the underwater world or play 18 holes of golf. Both scuba diving and golf are available nearby for an additional charge. If relaxation is all you desire, then soak up the sun on the mile long beach, build a sand castle, or take a dip in the two fresh water pools. After the sun goes down, your nights come alive with pulsating Caribbean music and cultural dance performed in colourful costumes.
