Dining: "The Terrace Restaurant" Cobblers Cove is one of the only five hotels and restaurants in the Caribbean to be invited to be a member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux organization. The restaurant is situated at the edge of the beach and overlooks the Caribbean Sea... the perfect setting for cuisine that merits both local and international awards. The award-winning cuisine, 6 times winner of the Barbados Gold Award, is prepared taking full advantage of local produce and pride themselves on the quality and value of the extensive wine list. Mornings begin with full English breakfast, lunches are deliciously casual affairs, whilst candlelight encourages an elegant evening mood. Activities and facilities A Keep Fit Centre (Gym) is available to resident guests of the hotel. Designed in a traditional Bajan Chattel House style, this gym is located directly across the road from Cobblers Cove, adjacent to the gift shop. Equipment at the Keep Fit Centre: - One Multi-station strength unit - Two Treadmills Sports Art #6200 - Two Up-right Sports Art Bikes #5002 - One set of Dumbbells 5 lb. to 50 lb. - One Bench Multi-Purpose - One Sit-up Bench  Cobblers Cove is pleased to offer a range of complimentary watersports to resident guests: - Waterskiing - Sunfish sailing - Windsurfing - Snorkelling Scuba diving may also be arranged for an additional cost through the Attendant. Cocktail and private cruises may be arranged through the Concierge for an additional charge. Golf may be arranged through reception. On the beach: Cobblers Cove is located on one of Barbados' finest and quietest beaches. With its clear, blue waters, excellent for swimming and beautiful white sands, this beach is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. |
