From the moment it opened, Villa Nova rapidly established itself as the island's premier fine dining experience. It has been lauded by the international press and even its competitors, for its menu and the use of locally produced organic foods produce.
The chefs at Villa Nova were given the brief to create a restaurant that not only captures the flavours of Barbados but offers guests cuisine on a par with the very best that London, New York, Paris or Milan has to offer.
An al fresco terrace restaurant, an air-conditioned dining room and a salon privé are complemented by freshly prepared in-room dining and poolside snacks.

Facilities

Villa Nova is equipped with two all-weather tennis courts, a fitness room and gym, a library and a conference room. Nearby there is golf at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland golf courses, an equestrian centre, hiking trails with guides and watersports from scuba diving to waterskiing.
Beach picnics can be arranged, also island tours, day cruises on luxury catamarans and trips to the idyllic Tobago Keys in the nearby island group, The Grenadines.
