| DINING Lanterns by the Sea Restaurant Lanterns By the Sea is beautifully situated right on the seaside, and serves a delicious selection of local and international cuisine. The day begins with an extensive breakfast buffet, which includes an array of fruits, pastries and hearty hot dishes. Their exciting and sumptuous menu offers great choices for lunch and dinner. Vegetarian dishes and children’s menus are available daily. The dress code is casual for daytime, and elegantly casual during the evening. The Monday Manager’s Cocktail Party is followed by a tasty BBQ buffet and the scintillating sound of the Caribbean Steelpan. On Thursday, guests enjoy another complimentary cocktail hour with delicious Bajan rum.
