The hotel consists of a 5-storey wing with both Island View and Ocean View studios and rooms and two 2-Bedroom Apartments totaling 29 units, and a renovated and extended 4-storey wing with 48 Island View studios, two 1-Bedroom Apartments, and one Penthouse Apartment; both wings being served by elevators. There are a further 14 renovated superior rooms in the existing central building for a total of 94 guest rooms.

All rooms and studios have split-system air-conditioning units, cable TV, telephones, internet access, bath or shower, safes, ceiling fans, and either two twin or one king bed (on request). They also offer connecting rooms for families.

Superior Room: No Kitchenette, Mixed View, Mini Fridge, King bed Only.

Superior Island View Studio 'French Balcony': Kitchenette, Island View, No Balcony (large window that opens with sliding door and a ledge so can still lean out and have open, but no balcony as such), King bed only.

Superior Island View Studio (top picture): Kitchenette, Island View, Balcony/Terrace, King or two twins.

Superior Ocean View Studio: Kitchenette, Ocean View, Balcony/Terrace, King bed.

One Bedroom Island View Apartment: Kitchen, A/C in Bedroom only, sofa bed, microwave, Island View.
