12 units: suites and villas  |
 All twelve units are suites or villas, with living and dining area. All have a telephone and television with cable and three local channels (affiliates of ABC, CBS and NBC). All include a bathroom, with shower and towels; kitchenette (small stoves are electric), with refrigerator (a microwave on request), with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, cups, saucers, spoons, kettle and a coffee percolator. But British-style coffee bags or tea bags are not (ask at front desk to borrow a tea pot).
All have air-conditioning and heating for the seasons. Bed linen is provided. There is daily maid service. They can accommodate single vacationers or business visitors, honeymooners, couples, groups or families, in one, two, three and four bedroom units.
