Restaurant & Café Breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am in the Hilltop Restaurant over looking the North Sound as well as the Atlantic Ocean. A freshly prepared BBQ lunch is served 5 days a week from 1 pm to 2 pm at the beach. The other 2 days, a light a la Carte bar/lunch menu is served at the Hilltop restaurant and bar complemented by one of the bartender’s Cool Cocktails. Just in case your "sweet tooth" can’t quite make it to dinner, relax in the Arawak Room over looking the North Sound and enjoy traditional Afternoon Tea which has a selection of tea, coffee, freshly baked cakes, tarts, and scones. The art of hospitality lies in a perfect balance: all the elegance with none of the formality, excellent but unobtrusive service, a menu with all your favorites yet every meal, a delicious surprise. Dinner is served 7 pm to 9 pm at the Hilltop dining room over looking the North Sound as well as the Atlantic Ocean but join them before dinner for a cocktail while enjoying a perfect view of the sun setting into the Caribbean Sea. While they do not focus on formalities, they do request that Gentlemen wear resort casual attire including a collared shirt, but a tie or jacket is not required. Ladies, elegantly casual, and please no shorts or jeans. The Four-course Prix Fixe dinner menus change every evening offering a selection of European and Caribbean dishes. For those with dietary needs a number of the dishes are wheat/gluten free, they offer a vegetarian dish nightly and can tailor may of the dishes on the menu for Lactose intolerant guests.  Fat Virgin's Café and Treasures are highly recommended for having a snack, a drink or just a coffee, sitting on the water front or doing some browsing in the Gift Shop. Biras Creek Hotel guests can charge here against their room. Wireless access is also available for guests use at Fat Virgin’s Café and Treasures. |
Recreation - White sand beach - Fresh water pool: The fresh water pool literally abuts the waves of the open sea on Bercher's Bay and is for resident guests’ exclusive use. - Boating & Sailing - Boston Whalers - Snorkeling - Spa Services: At Biras Creeks’ Spa by the Sea you can choose from a unique assortment of treatments using Decléor therapeutic treatments such as body and facial treatments, wraps, massage, manicure and pedicure and one to one yoga. - Television and films: Satellite television with CNN and BBC News are available in the Arawak room, plus a large selection of DVDs. - Lit Tennis Courts: There are two floodlit Omni tennis courts available for complimentary guest use. Reservations, balls and rackets to use during your stay are available from reception. - Water sports equipment: They have complimentary Kayaks, Lasers, Hobie Waves and windsurfers available for your use at Deep Bay. The General Assistants are on the beach from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm to give free sailing and windsurfing lessons. - Windsurfing At the resort  - Gift Shop - 24-hour laundry service - Computers available - Caloi Bicycles - Aluminum Trike Bicycles - Fitness Area - Umbrellas - Restaurants & lounge - Private Dining room |
