SERVICES
The resort’s management couple’s genuine hospitality and love of the British Virgin Islands ensures that you experience a truly memorable holiday. They will be pleased to tailor services to meet your needs and coordinate any activities you may desire during your stay.

Complimentary services:
- Transportation: Transportation on arrival to the resort is included in the rates. You’ll be met on arrival at the airport or ferry dock.
- Telephone/DSL: Your villa has a dedicated phone line and answering machine. Use of the resort’s DSL line is complimentary. You are welcome to use the computer in the boutique or to access wireless from your own laptop.
- Snorkel Equipment: No need to fill your luggage with gear – they have ample stock of snorkels, fins and masks.
- Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included twice weekly in the rental rates. Surfsong Villa Resort does not add a service charge. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and always appreciated by their attentive staff.
- Welcome beverage: After a day of travel, begin to unwind with a refreshing island drink.

Services by arrangement:
- Spa Services: Select from an array of spa services available in the privacy of your villa or at the Resort’s massage pavilion. Services must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
- Provisions and meals: They will be happy to pre-stock your villa with the food and beverage of your choice. Grocery shopping will be billed to you at cost of groceries plus 20% and $25 for delivery and stocking.
- Private Chef: They are happy to arrange for a private chef to cook for you during your stay.
- Breakfast: They are pleased to offer a continental breakfast in the courtyard bar each morning for $12/person and a hot breakfast for $18/person.
- Business Services
- Transportation and Car Rental
- Housekeeping: Housekeeping is included twice weekly in the rental rates but can be arranged more frequently. Additional housekeeping rates are from $40 to $80 per visit.
- Laundry: Personal laundry may be done for you. Ironing service available for minimal charge.
- Childcare: Babysitting services can be arranged with sufficient advance notice. Typically, 48 hours is required.


ACTIVITIES
Discover "Nature's Little Secrets" - over 36 idyllic islands comprise the British Virgin Islands and offer a wide range of activities. Explore white sand beaches, turquoise waters and nature trails. The US Virgin Islands are right next door and offer golfing, shopping and a different experience to compliment your BVI vacation.
- Yoga/Pilates: Enjoy a class at Surfsong. Everyone can benefit from the multi-dimensional, life-long methods of Pilates and Yoga.
- Watersports: Snorkel trips to The Baths, Virgin Gorda or one of many incredible outer island sites; Scuba-Dive: learn to dive and 2-tank dives; Windsurfing
Surfing; Learn to Sail.
- Fishing: Deep Sea fishing; Bone-fishing (similar to fly-fishing).
- Culinary: Caribbean cooking lessons; BBQ on the beach.
- Day trips: Island tour of Tortola by air, land or sea; Trips to The Baths, Virgin Gorda; Flight to Anegada including Lobster lunch on the beach; Sailing or motor boat trips to visit outer islands; Visit St. John or St. Thomas.
- Golf: Fly to St. Thomas and enjoy a day of golf at “Mahogany Run”.
- Arts and Crafts: Pottery in Trellis Bay at Aragorn’s studio. Raku, traditional.
- Hiking: Enjoy hiking various trails on Tortola: Sage Mountain, Trellis Bay, Anderson Point. Hikes can be arranged with a guide.
- Boating: Sailing and motor boat charters; Sunset cruise.
