With over 20 one, two and three bedroom condominiums, ranging in size from 826 sq ft to 2397 sq ft. this impeccably designed development reflects the charm of old time West Indian architecture. All condominiums face the Atlantic and are perfectly positioned to capture the constant, cooling trade winds.

All condominiums are individually owned and equipped with:
-dining room tables
-over sized patios with outdoor dining
-fully equipped kitchens with appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and blender
cookware and tableware
-cable television and dvd player
-air conditioning and ceiling fans
-wi-fi, perfect for making phone calls
-many condos are equipped with a sleeper sofa.

The spacious one bedroom condominiums are perfect for singles or a couple. The two bedroom two bathroom condominiums come with either one King and one Queen or one King and two Twin beds. They can comfortably accommodate four persons or more, making them perfect for a small family, two couples or a small diving group. Olde Yard Village also offers extremely spacious penthouse three bedroom three bathroom condominiums that can easily accommodate six persons or more. These rooms have enormous patios with oceanic views and are ideal for a diving group or a large family.

Olde Yard Village The Village Café is poolside service at your door step. Soak up the reliable Caribbean sunshine while enjoying breakfast and lunch, not to mention the gourmet coffee and a variety of tropical drinks.

Sit at a poolside table or enjoy the new indoor seating with air conditioning and a comfy sofa with magazines, books and the latest news such as USA Today and Britain Today.

Although they provide some reading material they suggest you bring a great book from home. Being on a small island it is difficult to find books and you do not want to miss out on the joy of sitting on a perfect white sand beach or by the pool with a great book under the island sun!

-day spa: Olde Yard Village does not currently have an on-site yoga instructor, however they can help you locate the many experienced yoga instructors on the island. Olde yard Village has an on-site day spa which offers a tempting variety of treatments designed to rejuvenate the mind and body. Open from Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and by appointment.
