The Sugar Mill's twenty three rooms are set among the restored ruins of a 17th Century sugar plantation. The beach is protected by a natural reef, providing fascinating viewing for snorkelers. The fresh water swimming pool, nestled among swaying palm trees, is a refreshing alternative. Candle lit dinners, with a menu that changes nightly, are served in the hotel's award-winning dining room which has been restored from the stone and coral ruins of a 370 year old sugar mill. Breakfast is served on the terrace where you can enjoy a view of the neighboring islands and lunch is available at the beach restaurant "Islands" where the menu presents dishes from all corners of the Caribbean.
