RESTAURANTS Garden Loggia Nestled just off the main courtyard of the hotel. Providing inside and outside dining for breakfast. Hemingway's Beach Club Open air dining with fantastic beach views. Menu celebrates seafood and West Indian dishes. Britannia Golf Grille The 19th hole offers casual dining in an open air, lakeside setting. Sandwiches, burgers, salads and fajitas served all day with steaks, seafood and pasta added at night. Rum Point Club Escape to Rum Point for an evening of sunset and relaxation. Emphasis is on seafood and island specialties served in a spectacular presentation. Rum Point Grille Daytime hunger finds a cure at this beach side kitchen. Beverages provided at the Wreck Bar help wash down the tasty burgers, sandwiches and salads. Aquas & Hemingway's Pool Grilles Open during the day to the Rum Point Club for a relaxing day of beaching it or watersports. Forty minutes by ferry or sixty minutes by car, the tranquil setting is worth the trip. Full service facilities include beach grill and bar, changing/bathrooms, lockers, Red Sail watersports and retail shops and full service dinner restaurant. Lounge chairs and hammocks available for guests to Rum Point. Towels are not provided on site so guests must obtain those at the main hotel before departure. Pool Bar The main hotel features Aquas Pool, a 1 / 3 acre free-form swimming pool with a swim-up bar and a 15-person Jacuzzi. These pools are wheelchair accessible, and towels are available at the huts beside the pools. No life guard is on duty at the pools. ACTIVITIES AND AMENITIES  Golf on Jack Nicklaus's Course On the Britannia Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, enjoy 18 holes of premier golf, surrounded by the beauty of Grand Cayman. The golf resort spans Grand Cayman from Seven Mile Beach to North Sound, accommodating challenging holes that lie beside the sea and wind their way through natural lakes and estate home sites. Swimming Pools Guests have a choice of six fabulous swimming pools on the Resort property, and no Villa building is far from at least one pool and whirlpool. The main hotel pool has a popular swim up bar, while the Villas pools are usually more private. These pools are wheelchair accessible, and towels are available at the huts beside the pools. No lifeguard is on duty at the pools. Beach Facilities and Activities  Red Sail Sports is the Resort's exclusive diving and water sports center, located on the Resort's beach club and offering world-class diving with first-class service, state-of-the-art dive boats, and friendly, professional staff.Spirit of Ppalu Catamaran and Rum Pointer Ferry The Spirit of Ppalu, a sleek 65-foot catamaran, features glass bottom panels for under-water viewing, huge sunbathing nets, a bar, and rest room facilities. The Ppalu sails daily (except Mondays) to famous Stingray City where guests can snorkel and touch friendly southern stingrays. The Ppalu is available for private charter and has been the site of some of the most beautiful weddings on the Island. The Rum Pointer ferry makes regular trips between The Hyatt and Rum Point, departing from the canal just opposite the Ppalu. Sailing Red Sail Sports has a variety of sailing activities available. Take one of the three state-of-the-art luxury catamarans on a sail to Stingray City, a sunset cocktail cruise or romantic dinner cruise; or rent a Sun Fish sailboat available for novice sailors. Watersports Center  All the watersports toys and activities an "adult child" could wish for are at the Beach Club, including wave runners, water skis, wind surfers, parasailers, and more. Instruction is available with qualified Red Sail Sports staff. You can also rent a cabana, bask on a raft, or rent mask and fins for a snorkeling adventure. Deep sea, reef, and bottom fishing can also be arranged.Red Sail Sports Beach Shop Diving and snorkeling equipment for adults and children is stocked, along with diving accessories such as dive lights, dive watches, and anything else you might need. Beach toys for the young, and young-at-heart include beach balls, Frisbees, swimming arm bands, and other items to enhance your fun in the sun. Colorful T-shirts, beach towels, and beach cover-ups are also available. Tennis There are two lighted tennis courts exclusively for the use of hotel and Villa guests, the hotel Concierge can arrange for tennis lessons from a resident pro. Tennis racquets are available. Health Clubs  The resort features two health clubs with state-of the-art equipment, one overlooking the pools at the Hyatt Hotel and another on the Villas grounds. Both Health Clubs are open 24 hours. Children under 16 years old are not admitted.The Beauty Salon All hair care needs of men and women can be met at the Beauty Salon. Hairdressers and beauty technicians provide hair braiding, perming, coloring, hair extensions, waxing and other services. Pedicures and manicures are available. Complete service available for acrylic, silk and fiberglass nails. The Beauty Spa Luxurious spa in King's Court, offering therapeutic hydrotherapy treatments, massage, reflexology, rejuvenating body wraps, and beauty care, professionally applied by qualified therapists and stylists. Early appointments are recommended. Pure Art Too  Pure Art Too features local artists' fine art prints, original paintings, and artistic gifts handmade in the Cayman Islands. However, several Caribbean lines of works in tin, sculptures of animals spotted with delightful colours, and puzzles of fish and whales (with Jonah inside) are sure to please. Senses Boutique Inside Senses Boutique you'll find all of the "essentials" for your vacation (but may have forgotten to pack) including suntan lotion, swim and beach wear for men, women and children, island souvenirs, snacks, and even daily newspapers and current magazines. For souvenirs, consider "canned" toy turtles and stingrays, island prints, books, and locally made jewelry. Chests of Gold The most beautiful coins and numismatic jewelry can be found at Chests of Gold. Owner Mark Sheaff travels the world to find the most perfectly preserved specimens of ancient coins and designs, and exquisite frames in which to set them. Custom-made jewelry is also available.
