Bamboo

With its trendy decor and ambience, its eclectic mix of music, and most importantly, its energetic and friendly staff, Bamboo has quickly become one of the island's hottest nightspots. This popular high-energy lounge happens to have the best sushi bar on the island. Enjoy an atmosphere of understated elegance with an Asian influence, as the staff tempts you with an elaborate array of sushi, sashimi, appetizers, specialty drinks, desserts, and much more. Your evening would not be complete without sampling a "Kazatini" or a "Red Dragon", and mingling with Cayman's social set. Reservations are not accepted.

Hemingways

This freestanding beachside restaurant is so popular on the island that advance reservations are a must. The casual ambience of Hemingways dining room overlooking Seven Mile Beach, combined with the award-winning, sophisticated Caribbean cuisine, are reasons why Hemingways has been the island's most popular restaurant for years. The ambience is like none other. With the wide-open spaces, your thoughts are drawn to summers past. All it takes is a table with a beach view, a nice Fumé Blanc and a plate of super-fresh seafood. You may choose to dine in air-conditioned elegance if you desire. Reservations are recommended for both lunch and dinner.

Beach Bar and Grill
Located at the Beach Suites only steps away from the crystal clear Caribbean Sea. The grill menu will tempt you with island-influenced creations such as citrus chicken sandwich and blackened fish sandwich, along with some old-time favorites.
Open Monday - Saturday 10AM - 6PM / Sunday 11AM - 6PM

Rum Point Wreck Bar and Grill
Located on the North Side of the island, just a short ferry ride away. They have everything you need for a perfect island get away; the idyllic beach setting of fine white sand and crystal clear water, surrounded by picturesque Casuarina trees. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the shallow aquamarine sea then grab a picnic table and enjoy a delightful lunch outdoors, washing it down with a world renowned "Mudslide" from the Wreck Bar and Grill. Then take a well-deserved siesta in one of the many hammocks, or stroll along the picturesque beach.
Open daily from 10AM - 6PM with daily public ferry service from the Hyatt.

Room Service
The ultimate in convenience for a quick start for early risers, a romantic dinner for two, or a hospitable gathering. 6:30AM - 11PM daily.

ACTIVITIES AND LEISURE

- Red Sail Sports is the Hyatt's own exclusive full water sports operation, located at the Hyatt Beach and at Rum Point. They have everything you need when it comes to fun in the sun activities, from catamaran sailing, diving, beach toys, to Red Hot resort wear, gifts and sundry items.
- For your physical exercise and enjoyment they feature a state-of-the-art, Health Club overlooking the pools on the beach. The Health Club can be reached by using the exclusive overpass (bridge). The Health Club in the Beach Suites complex features the following equipment: Lifecycles, Stairmasters, Treadmills, Cross trainers, Life Fitness weight stations for all muscle groups, Dumbbell set, Cable televisions with remotes, Changing room and showers, Towels. The Health Club is open 24 hours. Children under 16 years old are not admitted.
- Pools and Jacuzzis: The Beach Suites on Seven Mile Beach have two pools, with a swim-up bar overlooking the ocean and a Whirlpool overlooking the pools. These pools are wheelchair accessible, and towels are available at the hut beside the pool. No life guard is on duty at these pools.
- Spa: With a spectacular setting on the 90-acre Britannia Golf Club, the Oceanside Beauty Spa and Salon has one of the most desirable locations of Caribbean spa resorts. The Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman Resort and Villas offers a full-service Caribbean spa with such special touches as a scalp massage for every guest enjoying a facial.
- Golf: Britannia Golf Club, the Caribbean's first signature Jack Nicklaus Golf course with three courses in one. A nine hole Championship regulation with an 18-hole par 57 executive course built in. An experience not to be missed in Grand Cayman.
- Camp Hyatt: Camp Hyatt is a children's program especially designed for potty trained children three to twelve years of age. Children can join in the fun and make new friends daily while participating in a variety of hands-on activities, both indoors and outdoors.
