Room
BathroomA great deal of thought went into the accommodation at LaSource so that they could promise a new standard. Seasoned travelers tell them they created tasteful havens of luxurious and elegant comfort that are rarely seen in the Caribbean. Rooms have a colonial feel that invites visions of the island history. Jalousied wooden shutters rather than curtains provide shade from the brilliant Caribbean sunlight. Ceiling fans gently move the air. Cool marble under foot feels opulent. Hand carved mahogany furniture adds warmth, as does a 4-poster king size bed (or a choice of two double beds) with off white bedspreads that add to the antique feel. Generous room size gives you desirable space, while a private balcony or terrace takes you outside to a view of the sea or the fabulous gardens. Bathrooms are also spacious and luxurious with abundant marble, a bath and shower, and a plentiful supply of necessary toiletries and robes. There are no TV's in the rooms/suites.

RESTAURANTS & BARS
They think a rejuvenating holiday includes letting-your-hair-down with a healthy dose of self-indulgence, which is why LaSource’s temptations are on-purpose irresistible. Food nourishes the body, but when it is prepared with the flourish of a great chef, it also nourishes the soul. The globally influenced Cuisine LaSource is designed for healthy eating without sacrificing the art of good cooking. It takes its inspiration from many light & healthy contemporary fusion styles of cooking and adaptations of traditional dishes. While Cuisine LaSource is lighter calorie leaning, it is not light food for its own sake. The aim is to produce great tasting foods with an emphasis on quality ingredients, lighter textures & natural flavours. There are actually four different restaurants to make sure your palate will never get bored.

The Great House Restaurant
The Great House Restaurant
This is an elegantly decorated fine-dining restaurant with a high ceiling of beautiful hard-wood that gives a fresh, airy feeling. Its outdoor verandah provides a spectacular view of the town of St. George’s with its mountain range in the distance. The atmosphere is very special. You will undoubtedly meet other guests to share the experience. Dinner is served ‘a la carte’ and consists of several courses that include meats and fish as well as vegetarian selections. A variety of wine is served with finer vintages available at an extra cost. All this is done with first class service in elegant surroundings.

Oscar's Beach Bar & Restaurant
Oscar's Beach Bar & Restaurant
Oscar’s Beach Bar & Restaurant is ideally located right on the beach. It is made almost entirely from hard wood imported from South America. Even the thatched roof is constructed the way the South American Indians would have done it centuries ago. Open to the cooling breeze, Oscar’s boasts one of the resort’s most spectacular views. St. George’s sits in the distance against a background of sea, and mountains to confirm the feeling that you are indeed in paradise.

The Garden Restaurant
The Garden Restaurant
This refreshingly air-conditioned restaurant is a garden enclave with large glass windows that show off lush tropical greenery. It is here that you start your day with a full buffet breakfast. Choose from a variety of dishes including eggs cooked to order, sausages, bacon, baked beans and grilled tomatoes with daily specials like Egg Benedict. You can also enjoy some of their Caribbean specialty dishes or go continental with a selection of breads, Danish pastries, chocolate croissants and cereals. Lots of tropical fruits include mangoes, melons, papaya and pineapple. A themed buffet of fabulous choice is served for lunch daily, and a Mediterranean dinner buffet with Asian influence is served nightly. Special diets such as vegetarian, vegan, low cholesterol and low salt are available on request to the chef.

The Terrace Bar & Lounge
The Terrace Bar & Lounge
Although it is covered by a high, vaulted ceiling made of beautiful hardwood the Terrace is completely open with a view of the pools and the beach. It is filled with comfortable, stylish furniture, and the delicious tang of the sea air encourages relaxation, congregation and enjoyment of the great cocktails served here. All their bars serve a range of local, Caribbean and international drinks, including well known premium brands.

Cafe Deli
The Café Deli is set in the resort centre in what feels like a small plaza. Two well-lit fountains create a relaxing, continental atmosphere. It’s a drop-in sort of place where you can go at any time during the day for a coffee or a light snack, including Greek, Nicoise and Caesar salads or Panini with your choice of fillings. Try a selection of coffees, including cappuccino, espresso and café latte. Also available are healthy treats like smoothies, carrot cake, oatmeal biscuits, fruits, sandwiches and soups.

The Piano Bar
The Piano Bar
This very chic night-spot feels like a plush London club. Dark wood and deep – cushioned furniture match this impression. The long bar is stocked with whatever your heart desires, and of course, there is a baby grand piano and a resident pianist tickling the ivories with just about any tune you request. It’s where you might meet newly acquired friends for drinks before dinner or a nightcap after dinner. Lively conversation and laughter often go on until the wee hours of the morning. Also available at the Piano Bar are famous board games like chess, checkers and backgammon.

Oscar's Beach Bar LoungeOscar's Beach Bar Lounge
This is a very “cool” spot to hang out during the day over a pina colada or to meet up with friends for a pre-lunch or pre-dinner cocktail and then step into the dining area for some great food and whatever takes your fancy.
HOLISTIC ACTIVITIES
Yoga has been around for 5,000 years and it’s still a proven way to get your body and mind together in partnership for feeling at one with the world. You don’t have to know how to fold your legs behind your neck in a torturous pose to experience the benefits. Even a week or two of casual training will show you can profoundly calm and refocus your mind. Much the same thing happens with Tai Chi and meditation. Highly qualified yoga instruction is included daily in a serene and inspirational setting of flowering trees and the natural music of flowing waters.
-
Yoga: The ultimate relaxation exercise for the achievement of peace and inner harmony. With practice you can learn to literally transcend body and mind with heightened awareness of pure being.
- Tai Chi: Tai Chi is an ancient oriental form of exercise and balance that has a calming effect on both body and mind. It is a form of ritual exercise that can set up your entire day with wonderful equilibrium in the face of any challenge.
- Meditation: Meditation helps you to transcend both body and mind as you achieve a state of perfect physical and emotional harmony. It is said that meditation is "exercise" for the soul. After every session you feel truly refreshed and at one with the world.
- Master Classes: Guests can also enjoy the benefits of Master Classes at certain times of year. Master Classes involve a series of highly skilled "Masters" in their fields, conducting classes in a wide range of disciplines.

SPA & BEAUTY SALON
SpaExotic pleasures await you in their award-winning Oasis spa. Expert hands and healing oils coax stress and tension from every muscle until you feel the glow of profound relaxation. Several kinds of massage, a facial, a body buff, and aromatherapy all contribute to making you look and feel beautiful. The Moroccan theme of the spa’s décor makes the experience all the more exotic. Mixed with their other body/mind relaxation treats, this is the most enjoyable way to feel more glowingly beautiful and alive than ever before.

WATERSPORTS
LaSource means "the spring" in French, and the name was carefully chosen to signify the importance of water in the holiday experience. They are surrounded on three sides by a sea that gives us a natural and amazing playground both above and below it’s clear, clean depths. They teach you snorkeling, ocean kayaking, windsurfing, Hobie Cat sailing, sailing and wake and knee boarding. They also have aqua aerobics classes and water volleyball.
Scuba: Divers from all over the world come to Grenada for a superior dive experience in near-virgin waters. They can say categorically that the dive programme at LaSource is without peer anywhere in the world. They offer excellent diving opportunities for both certified and non-certified divers who are resort guests. Their dive crew will help you tailor a dive holiday suitable for your level of experience, and guests who are not certified are offered the opportunity to ‘try’ diving without going through a full certification course. Guests who would like to become certified divers can take advantage of their comprehensive PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) certification courses. They offer courses from ‘Open Water’ to ‘Dive Master’, including fifteen specialties.

LAND SPORTS
Golf- Golf: They feature a 9-green Executive, par 3 course on the grounds of the resort. While short, the course layout amid flowering trees and shrubs along a brook that cascades over waterfalls is a joy to play. With many hillside lies, the course presents a challenge and a great opportunity to develop the "short" game.

Tennis- Other activities: Your muscles love work. They love to move, flex and stretch, and they love the healthy tone they get from exertion. LaSource makes sport of all kinds an integral part of your holiday because they contribute so much to a feeling of health and well being: Tennis, Fencing, Archery, Beach Volleyball, Aerobics, Table, Tennis, Cycling, Weight Training, Jogging, Stretch Classes, Personal Trainer, Billiards/snooker, Air-conditioned Gym.
