Due to the open style bathroom you may find some lizards in there from time to time. They are harmless and they feed on flying insects.

The cottages at Laluna are appointed with the amenities sophisticated travelers come to expect from an upscale property, including:

All the cottages here at Laluna are identical in size, shape and amenities although they have different colour schemes. They all include plunge pool, day bed, veranda, tv with video, cd player, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wall safe and data port. The difference between them is purely location, either on the beach or at differing heights above the beach on the hillside. They all have ocean views ranging from slightly obscured due to the trees to positively breathtaking.

Type of cottages:
- the beach front deluxe cottage is located directly on the beach only 40 feet from the waters edge and has its own private lawn
- the deluxe cottages are free standing, and located above the beach on the hillside only a distance of approx 50 - 80 feet from the beach
- the cottage suites are semi detached, and are located further 50 - 70 feet above the deluxe cottages
- the two bedroom cottages are two cottage suites rented together with a connecting door

Turn down service: Turn down service is given but since most guests come to Laluna to enjoy the tranquility and not to be unnecessarily disturbed they provide you with a "Do not disturb sign" which is hand made from a local calabash. Please place it on your day bed on the veranda where it would be visible to housekeeping if you do not want to be disturbed. They offer a daily Laundry Service on property, with Dry Cleaning Services, done off property.

Internet: For those who have to stay in-touch, even while on vacation, Laluna offers free high-speed internet and wireless connection to all guests.
