Restaurant and bar The "Sur La Mer Restaurant" offers beachside dining set against a backdrop of blue velvet sky and a beautiful view of the golden sunset. They serve a blend of renowned Creole and international seafood dishes prepared with fresh herbs and spices. A full services bar with wide variety exotic cocktails, fine wines, liqueurs and spirits are available. On Friday nights an authentic West Indian buffet consisting of all local meats, fish, vegetable and rice, salads, dessert, tea or coffee is served as the flamboyant musicians strike up the rhythms of the Caribbean. On Saturday nights a barbecue buffet is served on the beach, under the Cabanas with candlelight, a perfect evening for those who love to be close to nature. The barbecue consist of meats, hamburger, fish is served with a variety of rice, salads, vegetables, dessert, tea or coffee. Live music, fire eating and limbo dancing is the theme of the night.Beach Bar: Enjoy exotic cocktails in the Beach Bar, famed for its ambience, protected birds, tropical flora and the brilliant golden sunset that is poised against its rustic setting. |
