You must have already booked a reservation identified as a "Best Rate Guaranteed".
The lower rate must be available for booking with identical specifications of the original request (ex: same hotel, same room type, same number of adults and children, ...).
- What should I do if I find a cheaper rate on a competitor's site?
To receive your refund send an e-mail to contact@wiol.com within 48 hours of your WIOL.com Best Rate Guaranteed booking with:

If we are unable to replicate the lower rate, the WIOL Team will contact you via email to request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) to verify the lower on-line rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.
- How is my credit issued?
If we verify your claim, credit will be issued directly to the credit card provided at time of booking. It may take up to 30 days or the next billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- The Best Rate Guarantee applies only to online rates available to the general public on a U.S.-based website. It does not apply to membership or corporate rates or special discounted rates including, but not limited to, AARP, AAA, military, government, convention or CARICOM rates.
- The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms booked through or in combination with frequent stay, loyalty, points or other reward type programs, rooms booked through coupon promotions, won through contests or sweepstakes or rooms booked on websites that do not allow you to see the name of the hotel until your reservation is complete (such as Hotwire and Priceline).
- The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received.
- The rate must be quoted and booked in U.S. dollars (and without reference to currency converters).
- The Best Rate Guarantee applies to the rate for room nights only. Promotional packages, deals, or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals, or entertainment are not eligible.
- Bookings that cannot be cancelled (No-refundable booking) are not eligible for this guarantee.
- The Best Rate Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches, including property, room type, applicable refund policy, and dates of travel as booked through WIOL.com. In addition, the comparison must be to the same property purchased stand-alone through another website (i.e., not part of a hotel + air package).
- Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the lower rate must still be available at the time WIOL.com validates the claim.
- The Best Rate Guarantee request must be submitted by the person who made the reservation within 48 hours of making the booking.
- WIOL.com reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.
- If the lower rate on another travel website can be verified to our satisfaction, we will match the rate shown PLUS pay you 10% of the difference in price.
- Maximum total refund paid will not exceed US$500.
- WIOL.com will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Best Rate Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by WIOL.com or the hotel or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to rates backed by the Best Rate Guarantee.
- We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the guarantee. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
