What constitutes a no-show?

How long will it take wiol.com to respond to my reservation request?
All requests will be handled in the order received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typically, your confirmation should only take a few hours. However there can be delays. While we ask for 24 hours, it usually doesn't take that long. If you cannot wait, you may need to contact the hotel directly. Who should I contact about my reservation, WIOL or the hotel?
Modification requests such as cancellations or changes must always be through us, as we are the only party authorized to make such changes and adjustments. You should contact the hotel directly with questions about hotel services (parking, spa, etc.) or for directions, or to notify them that you are running late for check-in.[top of page]
What is the cost for using wiol.com’s service?

My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
   -Your card type is not accepted.
   -The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
   -You have reached your credit limit.

How do I check on my request for a hotel?
Your booking will be processed through wiol.com and finalized by email, which will contain the confirmation number, hotel address and phone number, as well as wiol.com's email address contact@wiol.com. Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
Few hotels offer shuttle service to and from the airport. This should be listed in the Info section of the hotel listing. There may be a charge for this service. [top of page]
Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?
The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee room location because it is subject to availability. [top of page]
Our children will be with us... do they stay free?

Is the room rate per person or per night?

When do miles post?
