wiol.com will contact you via email for all correspondence. If we are unable to contact you via email, we will attempt to fax or call you. Please check to make sure you have entered the correct email address when booking.

Hotel reservation: If you need help with an existing hotel reservation, contact us at contact@wiol.com. Please include your wiol.com Reservation Number (begins with WIOL...) with any correspondence.

Airline and Car Rental reservation: If you need help with an existing airline or car rental reservation, contact us or fill out our customer service form. Please include your Request Number with any correspondence.

CANCEL RESERVATIONS
Cancellation fees may apply, read the cancellation policy included in your confirmation for more information.
