Dock's Caribbean

DINING
Coyaba offers three restaurants and bars for guests' enjoyment. The approach to their cuisine is simple: good food and great service.

The Vineyard (Breakfast and Dinner)
Open aired and classically caribbean, the main dining room is located on the east side of the lobby. This plantation inspired restaurant features freshly baked goods in the mornings accompanied by hearty breakfasts. The more sophisticated side is on display in the evening along with nightly entertainment to accompany an eclectic Caribbean dinner. For dinner, jackets are not required however, long slacks are required.

Dock's Caribbean (Lunch)

Named after the signature jetty that skirts the property, Dock's is located next to the pool and overlooks the sea. This restaurant echoes the cobalt blues and greens of the Caribbean Sea with an open kitchen serving sandwiches and salads, along with more locally exotic daily specials.

The Polo Grounds (Dinner, Lounge)
Home to equestrian memorabilia of the polo playing members of the family, this richly appointed lounge caters to those seeking country club familiarity with an Old World feel. Cool and dark, it serves a wide variety of unpretentious food and is a favorite hangout for both guests and the "in" local MoBay crowd. Located above the Lobby.

Theme Nights
Coyaba hosts two weekly theme nights. Both are held by the sea and under the stars, weather permitting. Days vary depending on season. Native Night showcases all Jamaican Cuisine with sampling platters of curry goat, jerk and escoveitch fish. Local craftsmen show their wares while a lively steel band provides a tropical beat. Seafood Night draws on the bounty of the sea to serve up a predominantly seafood menu--with a couple landlubber selections.

ACTIVITIES - ON PROPERTY
Tennis
Coyaba's laykold court is available for guest use. A tennis clinic is held by their visiting tennis pro. It’s a great way to meet your fellow guests and work up a sweat at the same time.

Fitness Room
The open-aired fitness room is located on the western edge of the property. Available to guests are treadmills, stepper, weight machine, rower and stationary bikes.

Watersports
All on-property watersports are non-motorized to preserve the peaceful nature of the beach area. Available at no charge to the guests are: sunfish sailboat, pedalboat, kayaks, pool/beach floats, snorkeling equipment, and aqua-view kickboards. All other watersports activities are available nearby and can be accessed via the tour desk in the Lobby.

Shopping Shuttle
The shuttle service runs from Coyaba to “town” three times weekly. Guests are charged a nominal fee. Alternatively, a fleet of private taxis are available for hire during regular business hours and can be accessed via the Front Desk.

Spa Services
Massage and other spa treatments are available by appointment on property. Treatments are provided in the beachside gazebo or in room. Available treatments range from mani/pedis to massage, facials and body scrubs.

Children's Playground
A full playground and swing set is available for the youngest clients. Slide down the turbo slide or rope climb the wood ramp. Guaranteed to wear out even the most energetic of them all.
