Beachfront Room

A prototype of indigenous Negril Architecture. Unique, spacious, octagonal shaped beach villas with kitchens and private whirlpool spas. Beachfront and superior rooms on the beachside, garden rooms adjacent to the octagonal swimming pool and jacuzzi across the street from the beach.

VILLAS

Each villa kitchen is equipped with a four burner stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, utensils, pots, dishes and cutlery. The villas all have a split unit air conditioner in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. Armoires were put in the master bedrooms of all the villas.

One Bedroom Beachfront Villa

There are 2 of these villas and they are the closest to the beach with a view of the sea. Each villa has an equipped kitchen, maid service that includes cooking of a meal per day, an iron and ironing board, verandah, private whirlpool spa, a DVD player and a CD player. One television set is in the living room and a 2nd one in the bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed while the living room has a queen Murphy pull-down bed. There are also 2 bathrooms.

One Bedroom Villa

There are 2 of these villas and they are located behind the beach front villas. They have one queen bed in the bedroom and a queen or double Murphy pull-down bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, an iron and ironing board, verandah, private whirlpool spa, maid service that includes cooking of a meal per day, a DVD and a CD player. One television set is in the living room and a 2nd one in the bedroom.

Two & Three Bedroom Villas (bottom picture)

Two & Three Bedroom Villa - Private whirlpool spa

There are 4 of these villas and they are located behind the 1 bedroom villas. Each villa has a living room, master bedroom with 1 queen or 2 full size (double) beds, the second bedroom has 2 full size (double) beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There are also 3 or 4 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, maid service that includes cooking of a meal per day, an iron and ironing board, a verandah, private whirlpool spa, a DVD and a CD player. There is a television set in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms.

ROOMS
All rooms have refrigerators, air conditioning, telephone & cable TV.

Superior Rooms
There are 22 of these rooms located atop the villas on the second and third floors and on the beachside of the property. Superior rooms have a view of the lush tropical gardens and carry two full size (double) beds, one bathroom, refrigerator and balcony.

Beachfront Rooms (top picture)
The two beachfront rooms are located atop the beachfront 1 bedroom villas. These rooms have a sea view, king size bed, loveseat, split air condition unit, bathroom, balcony and refrigerator.

Garden Rooms

There are 8 of these rooms, all on the ground floor and they are located on the landside of the property (across the street from the beach). Each room has either one queen or two full (double) size beds, patio and refrigerator.
