Xtabi offers a variety of different facilities such as economy and standard rooms as well as one or two story private cottages. Some of the accommodations are set in the lush tropical garden near the pool; others are on the impressive cliff side overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All rooms and cottages have private bathroom, verandah or balcony and fan.

Sea Front Cottages
Bedroom

Cottages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6 are on the seaside cliffs with private sundecks and sea access. 1 & 4 are two story cottages with kitchenette and bath downstairs and bedroom upstairs.

Sea Side Rooms
Rooms 7 & 8 are two separate guest-rooms in one sea side cottage.

Garden side, pool
Living room Rooms 9 & 10 are two separate rooms in a privately set building in the garden. Rooms 11 through 20 have air-conditioning. Room 21 is a one bedroom cottage with kitchenette, privately set in the garden near the pool. Rooms 22 and 23 are two separate rooms in an octagon cottage near the pool with separate verandahs. They both have air conditioning. Room 24 is a two bedroom suite with a large lounge, Kitchenette facilities, TV and a verandah overlooking the pool & a view of the sea. All rooms and cottages have private bathroom, verandah or balcony and fan.
