Dining Eden Rock’s restaurants are a must for anyone visiting St. Barths. Both restaurants are overseen by the brilliant young French Chef Jean-Claude Dufour, who has been with Eden Rock for over 8 years.The Sand Bar is open for breakfast and lunch, and is located directly on the beach. On-The-Rocks is open for dinner and is literally perched “on the rock.” The restaurant was renovated in early 2005 and features an open kitchen, two levels of dining, a bar, and spectacular views over St. Jean Bay. Chef Dufour mixes traditional French-based cuisine with the freshest, local catches. The bar is open for pre- and post-dinner cocktails. Adjacent to the Sand Bar is The Pub, which serves drinks and offers board games for guests. Room service is also available 24-hours per day. |
