Overlooking St. Jean Bay and set directly on St. Jean Beach, these 4 delightful beachfront villas are fantastically located, with your feet practically in the sand. You are also only 5 minutes away from the town centre and 2-3 minutes from the shops! Each villa has covered terrace opening directly onto a grassy space and then immediately onto the beach. Sun loungers are provided for the exclusive use of the clients. Living/dining/kitchen are located on the first level while the bedroom and bath are located on the upper level. Each villa is equipped with a radio, CD player, and safe. Maid service is daily, except for Sundays and Holidays.

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath: Very comfortable sleeping accommodations with air conditioning, ensuite shower-room, and fans. Located on the top floor with twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king. The kitchen is well equipped with barbecue grill, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. The dining room is just off the kitchen with a picnic style table, and the living room is located on the lower level of the villa. It can be closed off and cooled from the AC villa of upper bedroom. The terrace faces the beach and surrounding gardens with teak table and chairs. Up to one child is allowed in the villa, with extra beds being provided for those children up to 12 years in age.

OCEANVIEW GARDEN VILLAS

There are seven air-conditioned villas located within the complex of Les Ilets de la Plage. Each villa rises up the slope from the beach and is surrounded by a profusion of lush tropical flowers and palm trees. All have either views of tropical gardens or St. Jean Bay, with St. Jean beach just seconds away. All villas include amenities such as cassette radio, safe, and direct dial telephone. Maid service is daily, except Sundays and Holidays. A superb location at the edge of St. Jean Beach, with the town and shops only a mere five minutes away! Children are welcome in the villa, and an extra bed can be provided for children up to 12 years in age.

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath: The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed with Air Conditioning and Ensuite Shower-Room. The second and third bedrooms both have a French size double bed and share a bathroom. The third bedroom also has air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and toaster. The dining room has a picnic-style table and is combined with the living room.
