Restaurants & Bars
The Boudreau Restaurant Named after Walter Boudreau, the legendary schooner captain who sailed into Marigot Bay and built the first hotel fifty years ago, the elegant restaurant showcases Boudreau memorabilia and historical pictures. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you may start your day in a relaxed, casual setting overlooking the bay and enjoy the more formal, colonial setting in the evenings.
The Coffee Dock A European-style coffee shop, serving breakfasts, all-day snacks, sandwiches and, of course, wonderful coffee. Outdoor seating with umbrellas around the dinghy dock on the edge of the inner bay.
Hurricane Hole Bar (bottom picture) Experience the original bar, famous among yachtsmen worldwide, with a panoramic view of the bay. The bar has been restored to its former glory with its original lighting and signage.
Pink Snail Bar A chic cocktail bar, themed around the original "Dr. Dolittle" movie, which was filmed right here 40 years ago. Pink Snail features a pink glass and resin bar, with lighting by renowned designer Sharon Marston and cutting edge, big city design. This is the place to be seen in St. Lucia!
The Bakery Their own bakery, producing a wide range of bread and pastries all day with an ice cream parlour and patisserie, in the pretty Marina Village courtyard garden.
Just outside the hotel, dotted around the bay, are a number of lively local cafes and bars.
Entertainment
Enjoy a variety of music, from reggae to jazz and traditional Creole folk tunes, sometimes in one of the hotel bars and some nights in one of the other bars around the bay. Throughout the season, guests may enjoy dancing under the stars in the palm gardens and other entertainment such as traditional folk dancers and musicians.

Lapli Spa
Lapli means both "rain" and "blessings" in the Creole language. The spa is designed to reflect the Caribbean blues and greens of the sky and the ocean. Extensive use of glass and an aqua colour scheme creates a relaxing and therapeutic ambiance. Each treatment room has its own private deck with an open-air shower. Lapli also features a Zen garden with ofuru wooden soaking tubs and massage cabanas.
The treatments use a mix of luxury, all-natural products with local treatments created by Caribbean herbalists. These make extensive use of aloe vera, hibiscus, cactus, sea moss, banana products and other locally-grown fruit and herbs.
In addition to the Spa's Vichy wet room treatments, there is a full range of massage and beauty therapies available.
In addition to the massages, special treatments and facials on offer at Lapli, there is also a separate beauty parlour and hair salon with skilled stylists providing hair cuts and colouring as well as manicures and pedicures.
