In the Flamboyant Room, the cuisine is of the highest standard. Fish and lobster are brought fresh to the beach by local fishermen in their pirogues, whilst herbs are gathered from their own garden, with vegetables and fruits delivered from selected local farmers.

Lounge on the warm, golden sand beach, and watch as the gentle waves roll in and out, washing your worries away. Their luxurious, thatch roofed Sun Beach Huts ensure both privacy and protection. Cool off in their lovely free-form pool. Thanks to the state-of-the-art computerized cleaning equipment and the vigilance of their maintenance department, this sparkling pool is one of the best kept fresh water basins on the island. With its swim-up bar and soothing fresh-water, their pool is the ideal oasis. Enjoy afternoon tea poolside in the elegant Jasmine Room, or take time away from a favourite novel to enjoy a guided nature walk around the resort. Escape amidst the many indigenous plants, flowers, trees and birds which form the beautiful gardens. Out on the water, a small reef is home to a variety of local fish. Witness the colours and movements of these exotic species while snorkeling with friends or diving under the supervision of the Eastern Caribbean Divers’ School.
