The Condominium: 23 small buildings, 2 or 3 stories, hold 120 spacious units, from studios (up to 3 persons) to two bedroom suites (up to 6 persons).
As of 6 night stays: housekeeping services in the middle of stay (except kitchen & dishes) with change of towels and sheets. Over 9 night stays: housekeeping services every 3 or 4 days.

All studios or suites are equipped with bathroom with tub and shower, vanity and hairdryer, individual air conditioning, satellite color TV, in-room safe, and a covered terrace or veranda with fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, 2 hot plates, oven or microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sink, china and kitchen utensils) allows customers to prepare their meals.

Bathroom Studios: garden or lagoon/swimming-pool view, 46 m², equipped with king size bed (2mx2m) or twin beds and/or 3rd bed, plus a living area with coffee table and 2 arm chairs (max. 3 persons).

Suites: garden or lagoon view, 60m², equipped with king size bed (2mx2m) or twin beds in a separate bedroom and double king size sofa bed in the living room. Separate toilets. Ideal for families (max. 4 persons). Baby cot available.

Two bedrooms suites: garden or lagoon view, 110m², 2 floors, ideal for large families or friends' group, equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilets, living room with double sofa bed, American style kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and large covered terrace. Baby cot available.
