The Mezzanine Villa

An exceptional setting offering both the calm and privacy you may wish, and the easy access to all the activities of the island. Spacious and pleasantly arranged around 2 swimming pools, the residence offers 31 twinned villas decorated in soft pastels tones.

The Studios (for 2 pers.) and three types of Villas to choose from:
- The Mezzanine Villa: for 2 to 3 pers.
- The Family Villa: for 3 to 4 pers.
- The Comfort Villa: for 4 to 5 pers.

All the Villas have a fully equipped kitchen, direct dial telephone with computer access, cable TV and A/C. BBQ available at the reception.

The Mezzanine Villa (top picture): 518 sq ft + terraces
On the bottom floor you’ll find the kitchen, the living room, the shower room, the toilets and 2 terraces.
On the top floor the "loft" bedroom equipped with 2 Twins or one Queen bed.

The Family Villa: 750 sq ft + terraces
On the bottom floor the living room, the kitchen, the shower room, the toilets and 2 terraces.
On the top floor 2 bedrooms, one large and one small, each equipped with a Queen or 2 twin beds and a sink.

The Comfort Villa: 825 sq. ft + terraces
Duplex set on three levels. On the bottom floor, the kitchen, the living room and a terrace.
On the first floor, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, a shower room and a terrace.
On the second floor, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and a shower room.
All The Comfort Villas have a partial view on Orient Beach.
