Premium Water View
The Premium Water View rooms are located in the very first row of the hotel and offer unobstructed views of Simpson Bay Lagoon, the lush green hills of both Dutch and French St. Maarten/St. Martin and the British West Indies island of Anguilla in the distance. Relax on your private balcony and enjoy the cooling breezes coming off the water as you watch watercraft from yachts to jet skis crisscross the lagoon.
Premium Water View rooms are air conditioned studio units that are well equipped with a king size bed, queen size pull out sofa and full kitchen. Kitchens include a full size fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, two burner stovetop, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and service for four. There’s also color cable TV, high speed internet access, CD/clock radio, in room safe and a private balcony to ensure your comfort during your stay. Total square footage is 381.
Deluxe Water View
 Set one or two rows back from the very front row of the hotel, the Deluxe Water View rooms offer guests a variety of views. From your private balcony you’ll have at least a partial view of the lagoon and hills and may also have a view overlooking the hotel pool and sun deck as well as of the gardens surrounding each room.

Deluxe Garden View
The Deluxe Garden View rooms offer guests the most privacy as they are located on the quietest of the hotel’s meandering walkways. At the same time, you’ll be only steps away from the heart of the resort with the hotel pool, bar and restaurant only steps away.
The same features and amenities of the Premium and Deluxe water view rooms can be found in the Deluxe Garden View rooms. DINING
Dining is casual and delicious at the Summit thanks to the presence of two on site restaurants. Deepbleu Poolside restaurant offers delicious breakfasts and dinners while Deepbleu Lagoon Lounge offers lunches and late afternoon snacks. Both facilities have full bars where you can enjoy the island’s best drinks while enjoying its most incredible views.
