The Grill Room The restaurant is a relaxed, open-air setting for breakfast and dinner. The décor features brightly-coloured Caribbean tiles, a terrace overlooking the pool, ceiling fans and an ocean view to the west. The Grill Room seats 147 guests, with 24 on the terrace.
Specialties: The elaborate breakfast buffet features fresh tropical fruits, fresh Caribbean baked goods, omelettes, meats and grills. In the evening, candlelight, flowers and colourful accessories accent an Italian dinner menu of rotisserie meats, fresh seafood, pasta, risotto and local favourites prepared in the exhibition kitchen. 140-seat open-air restaurant with a commanding view of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurant features regional cuisine with French and Asian influences.

The pool cabana For a refreshing drink or a casual light meal near the pool, with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, The Pool Cabana provides a full bar, sandwiches, fresh local seafood, a choice of luncheon specialties and weekly theme buffet dinners.
