The three bedroom Penthouse suites embrace the full 100-foot frontage of each building, with wrap-around balconies at each end. STUDIO SUITE (floorplan)

A compact 450 square feet, the studio suite features a 14-foot balcony directly overlooking the beach with a full-sized bedroom, queen-sized bed, spacious his and hers closets, and a comfortable seating area with cable TV and Internet access. The spacious bathroom is en-suite with a convenient double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. An adjoining kitchenette features a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, china, glass and silverware. ONE BEDROOM SUITE (floorplan)

The 1,140 square foot one bedroom suite is one of the only beachfront one-bedroom suites on Provo.
