Garden View Rooms
These rooms have direct access on to the lawn from the bedroom.

Ocean Facing Rooms
The ocean facing rooms are located above the garden view rooms with verandas that look out to the sea.

One Bedroom Suites
These four one-bedroom suites (not on the beach) have large living areas and a second bathroom.

Beach House
Parrot Cay's beach houses have one bedroom, with their own cooling plunge pools, hardwood verandas, whitewashed walls and expansive living areas.

Beach Villas
The beach villas are larger than the beach houses, and include a kitchenette. All villas have swimming pools.

Parrot Cay Estate
This private enclave consists of one five-bedroom and six three-bedroom beach villas, all with swimming pools, which can be rented individually or in combination. All villas come with private butler service.
