How far is… The Beach
Grace Bay beach is no more than a one minute walk from the Seagate, no roads to cross on the way.

The Grocery Store
The IGA, Provo’s largest grocery store is located on Leeward Highway, 5 minutes drive from the Seagate.

Restaurants
There are three restaurants just a short walk from the Seagate.
The Coyaba (fine dining), Beach Café (open for breakfast and lunch), Simba (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner). Many more restaurants and bars are within 5 – 10 minutes drive. In Turtle Cove there is Baci, Sharkbite, Aqua, Banana Boat, Tiki Hut and Magnolia. In Grace Bay you will find Bay Bistro, Hemmingways, Danny Buoy's, Bella Luna, Grace's Cottage, and more.

Scuba Diving / Fishing / Excursions
Pickup and drop-off at your resort can usually be arranged, most companies operate a shuttle service. Turtle Cove and Leeward marinas are within 5 and 10 minutes drive.

Airport
Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is within 10 – 15 minutes drive.

A set of beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella are provided in each condo.

What is the average temperature?
Temperatures average between 75-85F (24-28C) during the months of November to May, and climb up to the mid 90s F (30s C) in June through October. A constant light breeze keeps humidity down to a very comfortable level.

What is the dress code on the island?
Casual, light clothing is perfectly fine at any time. Smart-casual dress may be required by some restaurants, jacket or tie are not necessary.

What currency is used in the Turks and Caicos Islands?
The islands’ currency is the US $. American Express, MasterCard and Visa as well as Traveller’s Cheques issued in US $ are widely accepted. ATM's are not always accessible.

Is it necessary to rent a car?
Taxis are available, however, for your comfort and convenience we recommend renting a car during your stay. Avis and Budget are present on the island, along with various local companies, most of which will arrange pickup and drop-off at the airport or the Seagate.
